to Week 5 of our time together. You know,
at this point, you're probably wondering,
is there anything more to learn about
derivatives? We've been spending so much
time on derivatives. Maybe we're done. No.
There's tons more to do. In particular,
this week, we'll be doing the chain rule,
which will let us differentiate
compositions of differentionable
functions. And since tons of functions are
built by composing together
differentionable functions, we're going to
be able to differentiate a ton more
functions by the end of this week. Next
week, we're going to learn how to
differentiate more functions, like sine
and cosine, and that'll set us up to see
some incredible applications in the weeks
to come. The computations are getting
harder. Hang in there, amazing
applications are yet to come.
