This is the chat section. You can either link to web chats or IRC chats... you have the resources for either. You can link webchats on this page directly.... the top frame of the IPB will remain.... IRC chats use a java applet all IPB's come with.... (For the chats listed as "IRC" chats, select the "IRC CHATS" link. This will take you to a chat program that will allow you to connect/disconnect from any of the IRC chats listed here.) IRC CHATS (descriptions of the different irc chat(s) you are offering WEB CHATS just a dead link but here you would put your web chats as a direct link.
